Desde que empezó la cuarentena hice el propósito de arreglarme todos los días y usar mi ropa más bonita. Antes de esto yo no desaprovechaba un momento de usar sudaderas, pero ahora están dobladas en mi closet.
Creo que es una decisión de supervivencia. Algo así como arreglarme para un buen día. Veo a mucha gente que se queda en cama y que vive en pijama y me da algo de temor. Italia reportó un gran aumento en los problemas de salud mental, todos sabemos que este es un tiempo difícil de sobrellevar, pero si no luchamos, perdemos.


Por ello quise hacer una lista de hábitos que ya teníamos, y que no debemos de perder.
- Usar ropa cómoda, pero visible y bonita todos los días
- Lavarse los dientes 3 veces al día
- Bañarse y peinarse
- Tender la cama
- Limitar el tiempo de Netflix / Youtube / cualquier otro vicio (pero en verdad, no más de dos horas al día)
- Hacer ejercicio en casa (por estos motivos)
- Comer 3 veces al día, sanamente
- Leer
- Seguir en nuestra búsqueda espiritual
- Controlar nuestro consumismo

I totally agree with you! There are some habits we shouldn’t lose during the quarantine. I make a point to making my bed every day. Though, I need to get better about exercising! YESSS on controlling our consumerism! We need to be mindful about what we buy.

We can go out now so I am trying to exercise outside especially as we have had such nice weather. I agree re: maintaining hygiene standards and wearing good clothes, it just helps keep a sense of normality.
